North to Alaska....not!

With the global travel bans in place I'm currently in the midst of applications for refunds for my much anticipated solo trip to Alaska. Everything was paid for in full...let the fun begin. My plans included a few days exploring Vancouver and surrounds before embarking on an Alaskan cruise up the inside passage with stops at Juneau, Glacier Bay, Skagway (with the White Pass train excursion a highlight and Ketchikan.
With travel bans likely to be in place well into 2021, I have plenty of time to research and plan my next solo journey.

My trip woes are facile and trivial -  of no consequence at all in light of the pain, suffering and loss people are experiencing due to Covid-19.

But for the time being, self isolation, looking after vulnerable people and loved ones and doing the right thing (ALL of the time) for however long, is at the top of our respective agendas.
