Day 5 - (last catch-up) Edinburgh Castle

Edinburgh Castle started with a long walk up (up hill) the Royal Mile to the Castle and it was raining and freezing. The visit to the Castle itself was filled with wonder and history and it was fabulous. Between the rain and cold the sun even managed to peek out for a wee while for some decent photos.

it was getting late and it was time to leave

I've only shared half the photos taken at the Castle....it was such a huge visit and learned so much about the Castle's history and present day activities - a fabulous day!
