Bryn Euryn Nature Reserve, Wales

...in comparison with the last post's hike this was a breeze - hardly a challenge really. The views from the top of today's hike were really brilliant and I got a bit arty with my zoom and roof tops.

...I made it to the Trig point (triangulation pillar) used in surveying the highest point

...nice views, yes?

... feeling ok by now (I started off lethargic today) I enjoyed the roof tops - love British rooftops with their colours, textures and shapes

... as much as roof tops I love ruins - any kind will do, but these were a lovely surprise!

...from the track and into an opening there it was - 'Llys Euryn' believed to have been abandoned around 1763

a pleasant walk with outstanding views...and a ruin ...ahem
